"Aside from the bathroom the place is great and the staff is excellent. We will continue to keep coming back."

We love the location and the ease of getting in and out of the parking lot. We absolutely love the hot tub / pool and outside fire pit. Breakfast is amazing and the selection are top notch.

The sliding bathroom door that also acts as a closet door. We didn’t feel it gave complete privacy in the bathroom. Plus no bathroom exhaust fan.

"Bad Impression"

Stayed here from Saturday May 16th, 2026 to Sunday May 17th. Arrived around Five pm after a long travel day. The front desk clerk did not greet me or make eye contact. Dud not smile, seemed bored and disinterested in taking care of me. Said they only had a King bed room left and best rate was $234 plus taxes and a refundable $20 incidental fee. So around $273, but the total came up at $300. So I reminded her of the rate she just quoted. She eventually realized her mistake bur no apology and still couldn't fake a smile. We entered the room and it smelled very bad. I called the desk and asked if we had gotten a Smoking room and she said that none of the rooms should be smoking. Again, no polite apology or offer to give us another room. Then the ice machine was not working on our floor. The room was clean other than the smell. Not what you would expect from a Hampton at that price point especially when the rates average $127/night online. Disappointed. Wouldn't stay at a Hampton in the future.
