"It was fine"

Not as low as a 3, but not as high as a 4. Clean room, comfortable bed. Front desk staff needs improvement. Grocery store checkout staff are more friendly than the person who checked me in. No guidance on anything other than the hours for breakfast. Lots of noise from the road. Walls are thin - you will hear everything your neighbor does, as well as noise from the hallway. I'm always disappointed with hotels in the Hilton family - which is disappointing from what is supposed to be a marquis brand. And as always, ridiculous rate for a hotel off the highway in the middle of nowhere.

"Quiet typical Hampton experience"

Stayed here while visiting West Virginia. Took day trips to Blackwater Falls State Park and New Gorge Natl Park. Close to fast food places and highway. Free breakfast, clean, typical Hampton experience

"Sleep was good breakfast was not."

Front desk lady was excellent.

Breakfast was so minimal. We usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express but it was fully booked. Breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express is full of very good choices and plentiful
