"Great pet friendly 1/2 way stop from Florida to Michigan ."

We stopped at Sonesta halfway on our trip from Florida back to Michigan with our faithful dog and found the most pet friendly hotel. Dog treats at the desk, bowls for food and water and a nonslip pad for the bowls to sit on so they won’t slide around the room. Even a little dog bed. Beautiful sitting areas scattered throughout and a great bar and dining room room five out of five.

Everything is NICE! Real clean real professional. Just what Statesville needs. They have room service, extra bottles of water in the room. Some extra snacks. Everything looks great. I can’t wait for the pool to open!

The new updates are so nice!! We loved the new beds and the couch in the room helped out so much!!! The staff is so kind and was so patient with our large group. I definitely would return.

This is a beautiful hotel! It's newly renovated, and the layout and decor is welcoming. The room was very clean. The bed linens snow white and very comfortable. Large screen TV with premium channels, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. We traveled with our Labradoodle, and the pet friendly room has a dog bed, stainless bowl and placemat! Bonus! Staff was super nice. We stayed one night, and we ate in their restaurant. We ordered a grilled portobello sandwich and margarita pizza, both delicious! And it's right off the exit on 77.

"Fantastic Experience!"

We enjoyed our stay at this newly renovated establishment. Whoever the interior designer was did a fabulous job! The lobby, restaurant and bar area were tastefully done with a splash of fun colors and comfortable seating. The outdoor seating area off the restaurant looked very inviting with nice seating and a TV. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was tasty and fast - and reasonably priced. We HIGHLY recommend the Sonesta!
