Ladies were incredibly sensitive and helpful. Your sister company across the road noticed I was traveling by myself, and suggested I stay at the hotel across the street with the doors on in the inside instead of doors on the outside. First time in many years traveling alone, and I hadn’t thought of safety issue. Hotel across the street was has such a cclm, peaceful personality. Made the entire experience feel clean, comfortable and like someone had an eye on me. Those two ladies…I noticed. Thank you.

What a beautiful motel. The combined bar and grill was a great convenience and the sit down breakfast area lends a hotel/restaurant experience. And you’ll never find a more friendly and helpful check in lady than Tina. This place is my go to from now on.

From the moment we walked in how we were greeted to the offering of the free breakfast during our stay the cleanliness of the rooms every amenity working every amenity modern the politeness of the staff I really can't say enough about this hotel. You would think it cost a lot more than it actually did highly recommend

Cubby holes, hooks, minimalist design, spaces to put your items, fridge, tv. Dog bowl & bed, but we bring our own.

The $200 authorization fee seemed excessive for an overnight stay at a select service hotel. Front desk agent at 11:30 at night who checked us in seemed combative about this charge when I questioned it. Her main explanation was the fear that we might smoke in their new remodeled rooms, was a bit sus. Also, the pet fee of $20 as listed on line was $25. She blamed the 3rd party booking for everything although it is the hotel's obligation to update information on line. She also blamed the recent change over suggesting I booked on a Ramada site , however I booked the room on Sunday on booking.com. Then she asked if I still wanted the room? What choice did we have after driving 5 hrs after work and having an injection in my knee that day. The room keys didn't work, so back to the front desk to find out the batteries were dead & change our room. Our room apparently wasn't inspected as there was crushed food under the couch cushions, the couch smelled horribly, the duvet had stains on it, the bathroom fan was loud, no conditioner in the container, and I fixed the clock as it was still an hour behind. The shower configuration leaves water all over the floor. And not even complimentary coffee in the lobby? Not very welcoming! Also, on line the breakfast said .10, not $10.0 0, obviously a typo.

On a bien aimé! Très propre! Un bon espace dans la chambre, belle douche vitrée! Restaurant sur place avec bar! Belle cours aménagée, la piscine n’était pas encore prête… la literie ultra confortable! Déjeuner à la carte compris!

Internet un peu lent

Based in my experiences in other hotels in Statesville, my expectations were low. This location, however, was one of the best hotels I've been to at a good price point! The towels, sheets, pillows, and everything else in the hotel was superb. The property was very clean and well-kept. The staff we interacted with was much more friendly than hotels we'd been to in the past. And I can not say enough positive things about the complimentary breakfast and the waitress we had the pleasure to be served by! A really great team, and a really great hotel.

Most comfortable bed ever! I actually contact the manager after my stay to find out what brand and model of bed they use. The room was immaculate and quiet. I would give the hotel 6 stars except they haven’t change the name on the door yet since they took over the hotel 1 month ago.

The room was good, but the location of the room was iffy. The room was spacious and the beds were good.

When I said that the location of the room was iffy, it was right by an exit door. the door would slam shut when closed. There were some contractor type people staying at the hotel when we were there. They start there day very early, around 5: 00am.The ice machine was also near our room. So we had the noise of both the ice machine and the slamming door at 5:00am. What really was terrible was the so called "complimentary breakfast". You get a menu with limited choices that had nothing I liked. Other hotels offer a buffet style breakfast which is much preferable. We will not be staying there anymore.

It wasn't a good experience. As a black customer, I was reminded that just that, a black customer. What's really sad is. At the very beginning when I stood in line, waiting to be helped, and a white women comes around the corner out the blue and goes straight to the counter and gets assisted by an off duty team member. Then, as I am checking out, Pinal tells the maintenance manager to check my room (which was dirty when I checked in btw), and he tells her that the hair dryer was missing. I asked them if they needed to check my things before I left and they declined. I was so offended. I don't even have hair! Maybe they should have checked the room after the last guest left, but if they were black, they would've. The washer didn't work, and it smelled like rotten water. It could've been so much better. I left 2 stars because the breakfast was good and the servers were great.
