Mary and her husband were very willing and nice. Rooms and bathroom very clean. Also location was very good in the city to visit all what i wanted.

The place needs renovation and mainly some proper isolation against noise. First I got room with balcony to the street and TBH i did not sleep in this room at all since it was very noisy. Due to already previous not good relax, I heavily complained and was upset. Mary managed me other room, which I appreciated very much, Thank you!. The room was not completely quiet too, but much better than the first choice. Noise also in opposite building currently due to ongoing renovations.

Friendly staff who explained everything - and were available 'on call' as required. Nice big bedroom, clean shared bathroom, good location, central for everything I wanted to see. Nice to have a table and chair to write/read without lying on bed/falling asleep mid-evening!

No complaints.

Mary was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a big bathroom opposite, and there was a coffee machine and drink making facilities (very reasonable prices) plus a fridge. The location is perfect and everything was clean. Easy check in.

As it is very central it was a bit noisy in the evening. The room I was in was nice but was not very cosy, maybe it could do with a rug or two!

We had balconies, nice staff even if they don't speak any other language then italian haha. Right in the center of Palermo, very convenient and practical.

No kitchen and we had to pay to leave our baggages there until our flight after checking out.

The best possible location while visiting Palermo, all the must see places in walking distance! Also the staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was nice and peaceful. Pefrcet value for money.
