"Stylish building with fantastic views from the shared roof terrace."

The building itself is stylishly historic and located in the perfect place downtown. The roof terrace (shared between the 4 rooms) is spacious and well equipped (including awnings) with the best river and sunset views in town. Wifi is fine. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker (+ kettle) in the room (no formal cooking facilities). Host is really organised and helpful.

Nice historical building, on the Western edge of town, with amazing rooftop view, really the most beautiful corner of Colonia. Emiliano is extremely gentle and helpful

Couldn't pay with card, and in Uruguay banks are predatory when you have to withdraw. Saturday night was noisy

Convenient location. Host was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Roof deck provided amazing views.

It was much smaller than expected based on photos and I’m not sure it was the exact unit that photos on the listing show. It was very loud as it is right on the street corner in a busy area and the refrigerator made a loud noise constantly. The bedding supplied for the single bed could have used a headboard and/or more pillows, etc. Very small and minimalist.
