Casa Francis is a fantastic hotel located in the heart of the charming and picturesque village of Colonia del Sacramento. The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. The owner of the hotel is incredibly friendly, helpful and goes out of their way to ensure guests have a wonderful time during their stay. The hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, including all the sights and sounds of the village. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The location in the old city center was great and the staff very friendly and communicative. We could check in earlier than officially stated which was very helpful.

It was super noisy at night, having a room at ground level and having people party in the streets till 2 in the morning kept us from sleeping. WiFi was sporadic in its functioning and the room looked great but the bed and bedding felt rather old.

Airy, bright apartment, with the sea just metres away. Friendly host.

As it is close to restaurants, a little noisy late at night. Wish it was queen size bed, rather than double.

The whole experience was exceptional. Emiliano contacted me at the right time with very clear entry information, plus other helpful info for my stay. The apartment was marvellous - roomy, clean, very well appointed, and with an incredible outlook. The whole property and operation have been thoughtfully put together. The location is great, one of the best in Colonia. All contact with the host was very helpful but never intrusive.

For mine, nothing could be improved.

"Perfect location, clean and beautiful lodgings at a good price."

Casa Francis, beautiful building built in the 1800’s, is in a perfect location in historic Colonia. Great views of the river and steps away from good restaurants, shops, historic sites and museums. Our room was clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We arrived early on the ferry and we’re able to safely leave our luggage. Management met our every need.

Everything was excellent.
