"Staff didn’t care about any customer service. Would’ve been more convenient to stay anywhere else."

45 minute wait for shuttle even though hotel is 3 min drive away. Smoke alarm malfunctioned across hall at 3am and couldn’t be turned off for over 30 minutes. Elevators broken.

I loved the night staff & the bartender at the bar. They were so nice & welcoming!!

The woman who works mornings is a bit rude & could be nicer. The night crew was so pleasant I was surprised by how unpleasant she was when there was a shift change. Also for the price- there should be microwaves in the rooms. The microwave downstairs was DISGUSTING & needs to be properly cleaned.

"Definitely a nice hotel, decent breakfast, awesome shuttle service."

Great location. Shuttle service is always great. Bathroom is starting to show wear. But I stay every time I fly out of Houston hobby. Parking has gone up to $12 from $8, so when I'm gone for an extended time I have someone drop me off.
