"Terrible and a scam."

Did not have breakfast. Restaurant food was fine. Transportation to the airport was fine.

This hotel is a rip off. They charge you $5.00 for a coffee at their coffee counter which is self service and bad coffee at that. The restaurant food was fine but the. Lady I assume seats people and takes drink orders was terrible. Had to ask her where our drinks were three times. She was more concerned with keeping her chair warm because she sat in it all the time. She should be replaced. Also they ripped us off by $300.00. We left the hotel and I received an email from my bank saying the hotel took money from my credit card. They said I smoked in the room. I am 75 and stopped smoking 25 years earlier. THEY SAID THERE WAS A Sensor IN THE ROOM THAT SHOWED THIS. I LEFT PHONES CALL AND SENT AN EMAIL TO THE MANAGER AND GOT NO RESPONSE. Last time I will stay there. Plan to send a letter to Hilton office.

The staff remembered me from previous stays and welcomed me with huge smiles and Rosario gave me a hug!

It is really hard to roll suitcases on the hall carpet.
