Breakfast and restaurant staff were very nice and attentive.

The biggest concern was the bathroom door, which did not fully close and offered very little privacy. We were told this was a design issue present in all rooms. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, but there were no rinse-off showers nearby. We also encountered maintenance issues, including a loose shower handle, a frequently clogged drain, and empty shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The elevators also had an unpleasant odor.

I always like to get a room at DFW Hilton executive center. It’s a very nice hotel with great rooms nice staff and a very decent restaurant. Also like the outdoor sitting areas. It can’t get a little hectic if there’s a large conference going on overall it’s a very nice place to stay.

I chaired the annual convention for the Texas Mothers of Multiples at the Hilton DFW Lakes April 16-19. I can't praise the hotel staff enough. From the contract negotiations with David to our actual convention everything was smooth sailing. Our conference manager (Elizabeth) went above and beyond for several months of planning and on site during our event. Our hotel rooms, common areas and meeting room space were always clean and ready for our meetings. The front desk staff always had a smile on their face and were ready to help. We had our Awards dinner the last evening at Austin Ranch and the Catering Manager (Francisco) was amazing & went above and beyond to make sure all of the guest food was perfect. Our Bar Tender (Milton) made sure everyone had great drinks. I can't forget Joey at the front desk who was always assist when I needed printing. Jayln (I may have botched his name) was so helpful moving all of boxes we brought in. The morning breakfast was delicious - Dorothy was always there with a smile on her face to make sure we were taken care of. The food at both the Vineyard and Bonnie & Clyde's were delicious. I can't give enough Kudos to the hotel! The hotel rooms themself are vey modern and recently renovated. Beautiful bathroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Rooms come with mini-fridge. Only thing could have wished for was a microwave, but probably wouldn't have had time to use it anyway!
