I have called 5 times to get my room rate corrected, I paid with points but upon check out I was charged my entire stay on my credit card. Every time I call, I get told to call back when the manager is there. Today was told to call at 3:30 when she somes in...called at 3:45 and was told to call back at 7pm. No one willing to correct the errors. Disappointed to say the least.

As soon as I walked in the door to the room, it smells mildew. In the shower, there’s a water leak in the wall. Can’t sleep due to the smell.

My stay was horrible from 1/6-1-10 and I travel a lot for work might I add I’m a diamond member and this stay disappointed my Hilton experience by far currently waiting on the General Manager to email me back Starting with the tv not working The ac blowing dust all over the room The bathroom was in disrepair And the food was horrible I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and that is what I was served Lamp bulbs were out Will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

On December 21, 2024, I needed some assistance that didn't directly have anything to do with the business of the hotel, but that didn't matter to Sara Delgado. Customer Service is so embedded in her, that all that mattered to her was providing assistance!!! Her eagerness to assist me was if she thought I was some sort of celebrity, or diplomat!!! Her customer service was so exemplary, I was compelled to inform someone in management immediately - that is, before I departed the property. I was fortunate to be able to communicate my experience to Devon Cody, Assistant Front Office Manager - whose customer service mirrored that of Sara Delgado. I'll summarize my comments about the customer service experience with Sara Delgado, by using the traditional rating scale of 1 to 10. With 10 being the highest/best, I would be negligent if I rated Sara Delgado's customer service any less than a 20!!!!!! This is no exaggeration! If you're ever in the College Station, Texas vicinity, drop by the Hilton on University Dr. to see for yourself. You'll thank me, but most of all, you'll be glad you did!!! I don't know what the official title of Sara Delgado's position is at this hotel, but Customer Ambassador would be most appropriate!!!! Thank you, Sara Delgado, for a customer service experience that was reflective of what customer service was originally intended to be! Your customer service could serve very well as a case study on any level, in any industry!!!!!!!!!

Great hotel

Room smelt like mold and mildew. Got sick the next day. Everything else looked great and staff was great.

Did not like that the rooftop bar was closed for the season which was not advertised and did not like that there was no parking for hotel guests because they were having a corporate party in one of the ballrooms. Overall good stay other than those things.
