Texas A&M was close by. And all the restaurants as well.

The lights on my head restaurants wasn't working properly. And the T.V wasn't working properly.

The property is normally a good property. This time the front desk wasn’t very helpful. They couldn’t find my reservation -my paid reservation. They continue to tell me that I have a room.. The manager on duty when I arrived or is helping me out and I had to go to the car to grab my phone when I return, it was a shift change, so he just left. The customer service was terrible. The manager wouldn’t even come out of the office to offer assistance. The day supervisor helped and I had to grab something from the car when I came back I was told his shift was over and he was gone for the day. So the front desk could help. They did not,. There was one young lady who was especially rude. They basically were not wanting to help. Come to find out after my 2 hour and 35 min digging they had my reservation.

Nice property.

The property is nice, however, the rooms are outdated and our shower leaked the whole time we were there.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. The hotel is undergoing renovations and from 0800 until 1800 every day there is the continual din of stuff being hammered and drilled. Only about half the TV stations work, and according to the front desk, its because of the renovations. Pay a little extra, get some peace and quiet somyou can relax.

Wouldn’t allow my change to nights stay in advanced and didn’t get the room we booked so my kid had to sleep in a chair.

Our hotel was under construction and the Staff here took fabulous care of us when we were stranded! Thank you!
