Wonderful property with amazing staff. My husband and i would like to extend an extra thanks to Steve , the poolside server. Steve made our stay so enjoyable. He was always there to make sure our needs were accommodated with a warm smile and genuine gratitude. Hilton Marco Island resort and spa you have an amazing employee in this man. Thank you Steve. Staff is amazing. From Jones at front desk to Miguel at bell hop stand to all the beach helpers. Amazing staff. Will return.

My family and I stayed at the Hilton Marco for 3 nights in February 2026. Have stayed here multiple times before. Its a pretty good property, smaller, with nice pool area and hot tub. Beach access is superb and super easy. As a Hilton Diamond, we got upgraded to an Ocean View room on the 10th floor and it was a really decent view so we appreciated that. Only small issues are the cost of parking in the hotel lot and the amount of time it took us to get our supper one evening at the resort. We, again, had a great time here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa. Everything about the property was great. The location right on the beach is amazing, and the outdoor pool area with the bar and restaurant was a perfect. We also really enjoyed the live music in the evenings and the bar cart service on the beach. Location is excellent, right across the street from plenty of restaurants. A special shout-out to Bambi in food and beverage. It was actually her first day at the resort when we arrived, and she was fantastic. We really enjoyed talking with her and she made our experience even better. We will definitely be back!

L’emplacement sur la plage est exceptionnel. Nous étions au 6ème étage avec vue sur mer dans une chambre deluxe avec deux queen beds. La chambre est très spacieuse avec un coin bureau et un coin salon. Très calme et bien insonorisé. Rien ne manquait. Très bonne literie et draps de qualité. La piscine très grande et avec suffisamment de transats pour contenter tous les clients. Le petit déjeuner buffet onéreux mais cela vaut son prix avec beaucoup de choix et des produits de bonne qualité. Le restaurant très bien. Le snack très bien également.

Nous concernant le seul point négatif aura été une femme de ménage nous ayant pris et sûrement jeté par inadvertance un sac en papier comportant des souvenirs de voyage.

This resort is on a beautiful beach in the gulf. There’s a nice pool too. The room is spacious but a little shabby, though bed is comfortable. My major issues are that everything is done cheaply, there’s a crappy little coffee maker in the room and there is a refrigerator. However, we had to request robes, and there’s nothing to write on anywhere in the room. The bathroom is ok, with a large shower and double sinks, but there isn’t any place to store things aside from one drawer which has the hairdryer and extra toilet paper in it already. Now for the biggest issue… we paid $5.50 for a small bottle of water and $6 for a Hershey chocolate bar. Also $7 for a contact lens case, the crappy kind you get at the eye doctor to hold your contacts during the exam. But the real shocker was $26.30 for a box of cold medicine which was much needed. Yes, we could have gone to a drug store in the area and spent less, I know. It was a necessity. They nickle and dime you for every little thing, not to mention the $44 per day “resort fee”, which I did know about when we booked. We thought the chain of IHG hotels, especially the Hilton, would have been better than this. So while Marco Island is beautiful, I will stay elsewhere should we come back.
