Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa

First stay at a Hilton Marco island. Previous stays other hotels. RE HILTON MARCO Hotel staff very responsive to guests Hotels environment is average and somewhat dated . Overpriced. Hotel food average over spiced - and pricey. Cleanliness fair. Needs attention to detail. Room not very clean And not consistently cleaned. POOL small and crowded Overall. Nothing great. Just average. Most positive weather, view and managerial staff’s good attitude.

I had the breakfast both days in November 2025 when we stayed there. This time I had a muffin in the café and it was very good.

The only qualm that I have is having to pay $40 a day to park the car. I feel that we are staying in your hotel so parking should be free.

My wife and I enjoy this hotel, we’ve been twice now, once in November 2024 (Honeymoon) and November 2025 (anniversary). In 2024 we woke up each day to a jackhammer cutting concrete to fix the hot tub which really stunk. In 2025 they had major exterior work being done and we didn’t find out until we arrived. They were on scaffolds outside our window cutting into concrete and stripping paint. It was so loud that it was impossible to enjoy ourselves and relax by the pool. We absolutely love Marco island and the location of this hotel is unbeatable. We are giving it another shot in May 2026, hopefully there isn’t any more construction going on or we may need to find a new resort. Overall, we love the location, beach access, and restaurant/bar. Fingers crossed for our next stay in a month!

This property was very underwhelming given the high cost per night. The staff were less than impressive and not enthusiastic whatsoever. The beach staff were not accommodating and it seemed like they were being put out when asked to set up chairs and an umbrella after being tipped well. The hotel was not clean and seemed outdated, again, for the price per night. I honestly did not encounter one positive staff person over 4 days; that's never happened to me in 40 years of traveling.

This is a nice well-kept property. It isn't as big as I thought it would be. However, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff does a nice job as well. Great restaurants across the street too! The only negative was the pool area is way too small for the number of rooms in this resort. It is very difficult to get a chair at the pool as it is very crowded. Hilton would be wise to convert the old tennis courts area into a second pool/outdoor restaurant. The beach is very large and you are guaranteed to get an umbrella and lounge chairs for two guests, which is a nice perk!
