Remarkable! Great location and great staff!

Very clean

1.- We tried once their lunch and it was just OK. 2.- When booking, by mistake I did not include breakfast. A few days later I realized this situation and the Hotel did not offered that price anymore. I tried to explain the situation at the hotel but they insisted that since the reservation was booked through a third party that they could not do it, Had I made the reservation directly with them it would have been different...

Mi experiencia en este hotel tue completamente decepcionante desde el momento en que llegué, ya que el trato recibido fue inaceptable, especialmente por parte de una empleada llamada Denise, quien mostró una actitud poco profesional que me hizo sentir discriminada y desvalorizada como cliente, a pesar de haber realizado mi reserva con anticipación y pagado por beneficios como crédito de $50, check-in temprano, check-out tardio e internet de alta velocidad que no fueron respetados, además de haber pagado por una habitación con vista al mar y recibir en cambio vista al edificio y estacionamiento, lo cual resulta engañoso y refleja una falta total de transparencia, considerando que el costo fue de $470 por una noche más $125 de resort fee sin que la experiencia lo justificara, y lo más lamentable es que este viaje era para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo y terminó siendo una situación incómoda y vergonzosa, por lo que definitivamente no r y niendo este hotel.

Best Location Cleanliness Service Weakness Older Hotel Small Pool and only one restaurant Parking charges I finally made it to Marco Island for a Hilton Reward Stay. The weather in April was perfect! The staff is young but generally very responsive and kind and lots of staff available! This resort has ocean view (some partial but very good view) rooms and suites available. The best part is of course the location! I learned on the Marco Island Water Sports tour that there are only 2 hotels on all of Marco Island (this and Marriott) as everything else is privately owned so comments on value for $ should keep this in context because this area is not saturated with hotels. The beach is beautiful and we took a boat tour right from the hotel beach! The restaurant food was better than I had expected though a little pricey. There is some food available at the Market for snacks or light meals plus drinks. There is a shopping center right across the street with many restaurants. The best parts of the hotel are the ocean front location and view! There was plentiful staff to help you and rooms were kept very clean. Marco island is quiet and family friendly only drawback is that you have to drive down from Fort Myers or other gateway airport to get here. This is a great reward stay for Hilton Honors members and has other times of year where prices are more reasonable. It is an older hotel--typical 80s construction but this is common on the Gulf Coast of Florida. I would definitely return.

Don’t travel here to enjoy the beach unless you prefer the raw blazing sun. They advertise you get access to an umbrella but if there’s a hint of wind they won’t allow you to use it. This makes the beach for most unbearable. It would understandable in high winds, but on a day with 10 MPH breeze we were told no umbrella. Unless you want to be baked to a crisp AVOID.
