Line of 6 people attempting to check in and only one representative. Get to room, within seconds someone else uses their key and comes in our room… Within the next 15 minutes we find old food on the floor. We leave for the day and come back after driving to and from Seward, get up to the 5th floor and we’re locked out our room. Go to shower and notice hair on the floor in the bathroom. Goes to bed, wakes up in the morning, leaves for the day, comes back to see room service didn’t take the trash, didn’t make the beds, didn’t do anything BUT take our dirty towels and not replace them… not to mention no valet parking but wait $25 a night to park your own car across the street. Horrible experience… when having staff text “how was your stay” a response would be nice.

Rooms need updating. The train is loud so I’d recommend installing better windows or window coverings.

Nice walking area. They gave me a smoking room and didn't solve the issue . They (tried to) charge me (expensive) breakfast again even though i had prepaid. Was a bit frustrating.

We had booked through Booking.com and had a king size bed. We were given an extremely small room with 2 double beds. Next problem was the air conditioning didn’t work. After numerous complaints and 1 three minute look at the unit, it still didn’t work. There was no manager on duty and problem not resolved. Front desk clerk gave me an email address for Emerson, front desk manager and it came back unable to send. Address not found. Absolutely terrible experience. Could not sleep at all we left the hotel early the room temperature was 79 at all the time around 11:00 pm someone brought a fan to our room absolutely useless this is absolutely unacceptable

If not for the location to the train we would have left. We actually landed from a late night flight and needed a place to rest. The room smelled horrible, the carpet was very old and soiled. The price was much more than we paid a few blocks away later in the week for a much cleaner and upgraded room.

The stay was very and comfortable.

The pool was good. Staff were nice. Property not the cleanest. Needs updating. Too pricey for what it’s worth.
