Location was excellent. Pleasant welcome & great breakfast.

The room was very clean but could do with updating the soft furnishings.

The suite at the front of the guest house is great .... Having the balcony to sit out on and relax with a fantastic view of the Seafront both ways is what makes it !! Laura is very welcoming and courteous and makes you feel instantly relaxed. The room is very clean and comfortable and spacious with a kettle and tea/coffee and biscuits. The breakfast room is lovely, with a choice of cereals and fruit etc, and the cooked breakfast was delicious 😋 Overall a very nice relaxing stay......would definitely recommend.

It would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room, but apart from that I cannot fault it at all....

Location perfect breakfast delicious

Being disabled I struggle with stairs therefore I think the stairs could with a hand rail but that is just a minor detail
