Convient for Southend sea front Bed was comfy

As soon as the sun came up there was no way of keeping the light out. Better curtains or blinds would be good. Friends of ours booked the previous day, they paid the same as us, but their booking included breakfast The use of the word “luxury” isn’t accurate

Great guesthouse with fab staff, in a great location. It is so reasonably priced and does exactly what it says on the tin. We've stayed many times now and will be back again soon. Highly recommended!
