The room was decent. Location was great for the world cup. Hotel seemed to handle the large amount of people on site well. I would consider staying here again. Check-in was quick floors were quite, and I did have a good nights sleep all three nights. Bar was lively and all the staff we interacted with were friendly and I was greeted by anyone you met in the hall which is rare in hotels.

I stayed on the 14th floor-- my shower needed some attention the dial to turn it on was coming out the wall, the shelf that holds your products was coming out the the wall. I had to request someone come up and fill the shower soap (there was none on my first night there) Elevators were incredibly slow. One broke on Sunday morning. The rooftop bar was closed. And a fire alarm was going off across the street for several hours which made the tiki bar a no go for Sunday night. Overall experience was decent, the hotel was clean, but hotel could definitely use a spruce up.
