Liked the location being downtown and easy to get to all of the sites we wanted to see.

Valet parking was $60 PER NIGHT. They conveniently don't tell you that up-front and it's my fault that I didn't ask. But I've used valet services at many different hotels and it's never been this costly. We also got a light breakfast in their snack shop and it was over $50. Everything in the hotel is grossly overpriced. The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I've ever been in at a Hilton. The faucet in the bath-tub was broken and dripped loudly all night. The whole hotel outside of the lobby looks like it needs a major upgrade. It's very dark and outdated on the upper floors.

I didn't like the staff's attitude. During online check-in, I selected a room with a nice view—and there were plenty of such rooms available—but upon arrival, I was given a completely different room with the worst possible view. When I asked to change it, the staff simply brushed me off without giving a clear answer.

Had to pay to get my car valet, was told they were full but if I paid him $40 I could get my car parked. STAFF ATE SCAMMERS

The location is convenient to many attractions and restaurants.

Our shower was entirely unusable, producing water at a scorching temperature and no amount of adjusting the handle would reduce the temperature at all. I had to wash my hair in the sink. The walls were so thin we could hear conversations in rooms to either side of us clearly, even though the other guests were speaking in normal tones. Finally, being charged over 60$ for a single basic cocktail is sheer madness. We would never use the dining options here again due to the exorbitant and frankly criminal pricing. Finally, when we inquired about parking fees and proceduresc the hotel staff member failed to provide us with adequate information (such as informing us our digital key would not be enough to let us exit the garage when we departed). Only by sheer chance did we learn we would need a physical room key and thank goodness we found it out, otherwise we’d have been stuck in the parking garage. Add to this a staff member engaging in a shouting match with a guest outside the front doors, we felt very uncomfortable. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing stay that resulted in frustration, a lack of sleep, and an unpleasant stay. Thankfully there are many alternate accommodations in downtown Atlanta because we will avoid this Hilton in the future.

how to tub was clogged up 90% of the time, and the cleaners only come early if you not out early your room won’t get cleaned.. which is not ok because not every one likes to get up early
