The Cozy Afghan Bed & Breakfast

My wife and I were on a short anniversary getaway and also a little bit of business. It was a great place to stay with friendly hosts. A grand old house but very comfortable.

This is a very old B&B, but we enjoyed our stay. Loved hearing the history behind such an old house. The wood work in this house😍

The Cozy Afghan is a lovely well-maintained house. Richard, the owner, was very attentive and helpful. The room had everything that we needed and we slept very soundly.

Owner was very personable, gave us a great recommendation for dinner & walkable which we appreciated after being in the car all day. We suggest they purchase new pillows and provide television directions. Breakfast was good.

Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floors access is narrow steep stairs. No AC, humid, stuffy and very warm. Limited electrical outlets.

Richard is very attentive and the place is perfectly located.

The pool was cold and had green algae on the bottom of it. If you’re going to use the pool you need to take your own towels they do not provide those in the last 20 years we have gone to this place four times and we don’t feel that we want to go back anymore. You can walk to the downtown restaurants so it is a short distance from town.

Breakfast was tasty!
