If you ever meet a man named Doy, Just know right then—you struck pure gold, oh boy 😄 From the jump he greeted us, big smile, big cheer, Like we weren’t just guests—but family right here. Now Doy? He’s not just working, he runs the show, Cracking jokes, keeping energy high, stealing the glow. Quick with the wit, personality on ten, The kind of guy you wish you could travel with again. He welcomed us in like we’d known him for years, With laughs, good vibes, and plenty of cheers. No stiff hotel energy, no robotic hello— Just Doy being Doy… and absolutely owning the show. And let’s talk about what he set us up with too, Because everything he promised? 100% true. The Hilton Hotels & Resorts was clean, spacious, and the VIEW?! Elite, The kind of room that makes you kick off your feet. Now breakfast… listen, let’s be real— Better than Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, no contest, no deal. Hot, fresh, delicious—start-your-day-right kind of spread, The type that lives rent-free inside your head. But honestly? The stay was great, that’s true— Still, the best part of it all… was Doy coming through. Because places are nice, but people make the trip, And Doy’s got that magic you just can’t skip. So if you see him—laugh, stay a while, enjoy— Because trust me… there’s only one Doy, and he’s a whole vibe, not just a boy 😎

Stayed here for a convention center event. Biggest strength is proximity to convention center. Was on side not directly facing train tracks so noise was not an issue. Room was spacious but dirty. Cracker crumbs right in entrance as open door. Body wash empty in shower. Clearly not a thorough cleaning process. WiFi was also frustrating as would constantly require logging in again and again during stay. Breakfast buffet was very good but pricey (twice amount allocated per person for breakfast credit as elite). It was not offered every day and when needed to pick table service it was extremely slow. Overall the location worked for business purposes but cleanliness was a big issue.

If I could give this hotel, Hilton Riverside New Orleans a higher rating I would. We stayed on the renovated 22 floor with a view. The bridge at night was amazing. So close to the Riverwalk and shops. Cross the road from the Casino. Shout out to our breakfast server Claidia. She made my morning! Xoxoxo Also Warren who helped me with my luggage was super. I would definately stay again.

Arrived early and only one of our rooms was ready.Janasja got us checked in immediately and pre-checked in for other rooms and set us up for text notification when they were ready. In a lobby full of people, she was polite, efficient, and did it all with a smile. Made a great ending to a long travel day.

I’ll start with the positives. Great location, nice staff, decent rooms, and Dragos is a good restaurant. Unfortunately the negatives outweigh the positives. This hotel is very outdated with multiple buildings that are difficult to access because the escalators and elevators are constantly broken and closed and the many stairwells are not open to guest use. Our colleague was stuck in an elevator for a half hour and many times the elevator doors didn’t open for us on selected floor, the doors closed in you very quickly, and were outright scary to use (but you have no choice with no stairs available). We “upgraded” to Building 3 that had an intermittent awful sewage smell throughout, including our room, the tv guide never worked, the ac temp reset to 72 every night despite being told it was fixed. The main door/lobby to building 2/3 is closed and to enter or access mall you need to go through walked construction areas to a creepy stairwell or a dilapidated service elevator with broken buttons that don’t always work. There is one coffee shop open (the one in building 2 is closed down) with very long lines and many items sold out by 10am. We stayed there last year and although dated, everything worked fine. But this year the hotel feels like it is literally falling apart. I would not stay again unless the common areas are completely redone, and most importantly the escalators and elevators are in decent working condition. Guests should be warned about the construction and buildings 2 & 3 should not be an upgrade with the smell and elevator issues.

The Hilton was very clean and very popular housing multiple events over the month I stayed here. The his was a testament to the staff that was always very kind and helpful. One of my favorite parts was the Juncture Cafe and the staff there was phenomenal. Especially Liz and Charlyn who made a concerted effort to learn my name and order over the first week I was here. They were always a great way to start off my day!
