I trip was good and the time I had was a breeze

Very Good experience! The costumer service was awesome on all accounts! Terrilynn in the La Croissant Restaurant was Amazing. Leaving with nothing but smiles! 10/10 must do again!

Stayed here for work and had a lovely experience with Brittany at the Junction. Super helpful and friendly staff. Excited to come back!

Breakfast was great. The breakfast buffet was a little expensive ($32 per person). The room was comfortable and the view was excellent. The staff was exceptional.

We had to park in the overflow area (employee parking lot) and had to walk all the back to the hotel with luggage. If we're paying $50 for parking at least give us a shuttle to get back and forth.

The hotel is a prime location. I experienced excellent customer service from all the employees but Jarred and Pierre were exceptional!! They both took time out to listen and accommodate each of my questions. The recommendations were on point ‼️😄🎼 🥘

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and well-kept. The cost was perfectly in my price range and I could have easily stayed longer. I will definitely book again!!!❤️

I want to publicly thank Ms. Shawonda Price, Hilton Riverside, New Orleans, for an amazing customer service experience, which occurred prior to my trip! I called with a “big” problem regarding my upcoming reservation and expressed my dilemma to Shawonda, feeling very perplexed about the situation. This kind, well-spoken young lady immediately made me feel at ease and went to work to fix the issues. She listened to my needs patiently, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, calmly staying on the phone with me to make certain I understood everything, before hanging up. I have been a Hilton honors member for over 30 years and have never encountered anyone as caring and compassionate. Shawonda is the epitome of what customer service should be, and would be a great ambassador for others! She is truly an asset for your company!

I would like to recognize Deajah P. at Hilton New Orleans Riverside for providing an exceptional check in experience!!’ From the moment I arrived, Deajah was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She made the check in process seamless while ensuring I felt valued as a guest. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help immediately stood out when I asked about the amenities, i love pickleball so that along with her professionalism made a lasting impression. Also, Deajah has a fun, goofy sense of humor that was incredibly refreshing after a long day of travel. Please extend my sincere appreciation to Deajah for her outstanding service. My stay is until Saturday but because of my interaction with Daejah I plan on extending it for 8 more days but ima take it one day at a time lol. Thank you, Deajah, for making me feel welcomed.
