The buffet breakfast is exceptional! Our server, Terilynn, epitomizes the high standard of excellence the Hilton corporation is known for in its industry. Terilynn was politely, professional, and attentive. She provided a wonderful dining experience.

The folks at Le Croissant are truly a special bunch. Marnie was our helper and was so courteous and quick with helping pick up extra plates and making sure we had what we needed with an ever growing table of colleagues joining us. Pamela, the chef at the omelette station was a true gem and ensured me they were all made with love (trust me, they were). 10/10 loved it all!

Super out dated and in need of a renovation.

this is a very large Hilton, but you get the service of an exclusive small boutique hotel. Everyone that serviced my family from top to bottom was all superb!

Staff, location and room were great. Comfortable beds. CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! And just minutes to the cruise terminal was very convenient. Will stay at Hilton Riverside every time we are in New Orleans.

We self park and did not like how dark the parking area is. Did not feel safe.

Fantastic location downtown, outstanding breakfast buffet, and top notch customer service from every employee. Marnie at Le Croissant was a particular delight and went above and beyond to make my stay an absolute pleasure. Cannot rate highly enough.

One and done! Only redeeming value was the view of the Mighty Mississippi! From arrival to departure, we four visitors in two "premium" rooms did not enjoy this tired place, in spite of my being a Lifetime Diamond Hilton traveler. Upon arrival, no luggage carts available for us, according to valet; we later found out that they are all locked up in various places so only the called bellmen can find them. So, we struggled with bags going to check in on next floor up. There, I was told that no upgrades possible, despite my status. Then, our two rooms-said to be top of the line; one did not have any desk or chair; when I asked for a desk chair at least, I was initially told none available in this 1300 room hotel! Later, they relented and delivered a table chair. However, when I asked about a connecting room, I was told it was not available because it was part of a Parlor Suite and not in service. Other room issues-Phones would not call anywhere-they were down so I was not able to register complaints; I did go down to front desk to do so, and never had a manager contact me, Further-commodes in bathrooms must have been for midgets-the lowest anywhere! Difficult for those of us 75+. Towels were ancient and low quality. Finally, when we checked out remotely, I never got invoices, until I called after three days of not receiving them. The first time I called, I was on hold with accounting dept and then hung up on! The final insult!

Marnie at Le croissant was absolutely amazing. friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this for breakfast if you’re staying here.
