Hilton New Orleans Riverside

Liv at Junction is so warm and welcoming every time I come in for my shaken espresso. They are so delicious I’ve had 2 a day! She gave excellent suggestions on what to order at the restaurants I was going also. I didn’t catch the other ladies working with her but they all are friendly and upbeat. They all had me leaving with a big smile.

Excellent location. Quiet rooms.

The hotel was close to everything

Lovely stay at the Hilton Riverside. Spacious rooms with plenty of space to tuck luggage; same for the bathroom. Having robes was a big plus. Housekeeping was daily and consistent. All of the folks working there were friendly and helpful - just a delight to be around! Special shout out to Terance who was due to get off at 330 pm but stayed to check us in and be a great team player to help get the line down. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We will def stay here again. It’s a bonus to be next to the convention center and a 20 minute walk to the French quarter or 10 minute uber ride. It’s also close to several restaurants we visited.

At Le Croissant, we had Khita as our waitress and she was wonderful. Very friendly, personable, and gave us great recommendations. She was very attentative and made the breakfast experience super enjoyable.

I had the pleasure of dining at the little coffee shop/cafe while on my business trip with Delta Airlines. The staff of Loany, Angel, and Ngan were remarkable! They were kind, pleasant, and professional! They explained the food options to me and my crew members and patiently waited on us like we were the most important customers in the world! Thank you so much ladies for serving us!
