The staff

Washroom and stinky toilet. Theres a cockroach. No welcome kit.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, the room attendants, and even the security guards were all friendly, professional, and helpful. They were flexible and willing to assist with any requests... The shower had strong water pressure. The best part is the location.. it is connected to Robinson Mall, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city.

Almost everything is provided on request. If you need extra tissues or other basic items, you have to call and ask for them. Toiletries were also not provided in the room. The air-conditioning worked but was not very cold during my stay. I also noticed some dust and mold around at the side tables, which made it seem like the room had not been occupied for a while.

What i dont like is the service of the restaurant ,crew were not nice and they look like judgmental the way they look at us eating there like ,we felt we dont deserve to eat there ,we look poor ,even when i ask glass of water that guy pointed me to the table with pitcher of water meaning i should stand and get my own water..very unpleasant,ive been too many hotel and restaurant ,they were very nice and friendly but not this people max's restaurant..they dont even say thank you when we leave ..ive been to residence ivory hotel they were all nice,ive been to bai hotel in cebu most of them are 5 star hotel but they dont make us feel like we dont belong ..as long as we pay it means we deserve to be treated as valued customer /client.front desk people are nice only the restaurant.
