It’s attached to a mall

The hotel service is subpar. As a guest, pretty much humiliating to open and check my things in the luggages one by one. Our visitors are not allowed to go to our room. Even our gifts are being suspected of something despite some “scanner” they use. Basically, they inconvenience guests because they have no facilities/equipments to check things. Further, complimentary drinking water is not even provided.
