The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The security team was also excellent—very professional and made us feel safe throughout our stay. Great service overall!

The hotel itself is nice, but the rooms are not up to standard. We booked for a family of three and got one king bed, which was comfortable, but the space was too small for three people. You also have to buy your own essentials, even garbage bags. The bedside table had fresh paint and the small wall shelf—about 1.5 feet long and 6 inches wide—was clearly just painted before we arrived. When I placed my phone on it, the paint was still sticky and came off. The bathroom was also very small, and every time we took a shower, water leaked out the door and spread under the bed. Overall, the room needs improvement.
