"I was joyfull to find my room available at 10 am. Staff at this hotel is top notch!"

Palacio del Rio is my go-to destination, even after not traveling to San Antonio for 8 years. It’s consistently maintained and the staff is always accommodating.

The pool water was roughly 60 degrees (VERY cold). I don’t know if it’s not heated or possibly malfunctioning. I really would have enjoyed my stay more if that was corrected.
