Hilton Palacio del Rio

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The views are stunning, the rooms are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. The balcony alone is worth it -- perfect for soaking in the downtown scenery. The pool was spotless and the gym was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active during our stay. The rooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, so the little details are not overlooked. Two things worth noting: there is no complimentary breakfast and the rooms do not have microwaves. That said, the on-site restaurant offers a great breakfast and lunch menu, and there is a microwave available at the front desk anytime you need to heat something up -- so neither inconvenience is a dealbreaker by any means. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond with kindness and professionalism. We are so grateful for the warm and welcoming experience they provided. Highly recommend this hotel -- we will absolutely be back!

I have lodged at many military quarters throughout the nation, and this is one of the few times that I have lodged at a hotel of this caliber. We so loved this hotel that I could have continued my stay another month; and the entire staff was so respectful, dedicated and appreciative of us being there, made all of feel as if we were all family. Excellent service! From the valet service, to the front desk, the pool staff and service at the rooms, everyone was very nice and always being sure we were doing well. Shot out to Edward and Ruben for their great service! The hotel is beautiful, so much to do around, the perfect spit to have a great time is San Antonio.

Kayla was absolutely fantastic. She conversated and enjoyed our company to the fullest. Such a treat to have her as a server.

2026 COGIC Women convention is one for the book and I loved this hotel that treated us with so much respect and I recommend that this hotel is top of the line. Brandon and Jet parked our Van and serviced us when we checked out to travel back home.

Wonderful experience at the Monarch Hotel! From the front desk greeting and check in to the guys at Valet and everyone in between! Ruben at Valet was wonderful! Alexis at Oak and Amber was amazing and I can’t forget about Marc on the 17th floor for breakfast. Top-notch service!! Spa was great. We even got to see Wemby!
