"The Bellman Team"

The bellman team was phenomenal! Each and everyone of them. They worked as a well oiled engine. One guy stood out more than the others. His name was Brian. He help me as well as other travelers as if he was our personal Butler. He said how can I help you? What is it that you need? He made you feel like to special! That's with everyone he helped. Kudos to him and the team! We need that crew at every hotel in America! I salute them!🫡 Job well done 👏👏👏

"We were more than a number…."

Megan M. went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. I had a car accident away from the hotel and was stranded. She sent a car to pick me and my luggage up. I wasn’t just someone who booked a stay at her hotel, she made sure my entire experience was taken care of. Thank you so much- we will definitely be back.
