St Helens Coastal Resort by Away Resorts

Very comfortable in a quiet location on the site. Beautiful soft white towels very much appreciated and comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped and super clean, a pair of scissors would have been useful with utensils.

A couple of tears on sofa and net curtain, maybe from a dog.

The location was pleasant with fields and horses nearby. A local shop a short walk away was a bonus.

The Chalet'/mobile home was inundated with ants .The Wifi was too weak to operate .The microwave had no instructions and we were unable to get it to operate . The gas grill would not ignite so we could not use this either. We ride a motorcycle and the whole driving area on site was gravel . I do not recommend driving on this gravel with a bike . 3 of our group fell off on the gravel roads .

The aspect of the site and the village it was in . The staff were very helpful. It was quite easy to get to other parts of the Island if you had a car but there was an effective bus service if you were without transport.. The local pub was excellent.

No toiletries provided which were advertised on their website, so some miscommunication. Towels could have been changed more frequently.

Exceptionally clean and modern. Staff were amazing… went over and above. We will definitely be retuning next year.

The location, the staff and the fact that they accommodated us in a quite place as requested (as we had a baby). The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool was also great and clean.

The floors were not clean and we had to buy floor wipes to clean them. Also the balcony needed cleaning. The grill could not be used as it was missing a tray.
