Bill and Lucy are warm and hospitable. There property is one of a kind, charming, cozy while expansive. Breakfast is remarkable with Bills eggs and Lucy’s sour dough. If your in need of accommodations in southern VA, this is your place.

Lovely place to stay, terrific hosts, close to where I needed to be. I chose it for its location and had only an overnight to spend there. Too bad for me. Beautiful house, room, grounds. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal proximity to VIR, property very well maintained / clean / comfortable. Bill and Lucy are very friendly and courteous , and cook a great breakfast. A no brained choice for track visits

This bed and breakfast is AMAZING!! The best hosts especially Gus, beautiful room located in a beautiful home, and delicious hot breakfast served every morning. An overall welcoming, high end bed and breakfast. Everyone should stay here, it’s that amazing!!
