N/A maybe the location

Most of things if not everything. Let’s start from the fact that I had to check in different place of the actual room. The room it self was extremely dirty along with all the towers being smelly and on top of that the room was extremely cold ( the property manager came over after my request of teeming the heating on but it worked only for 3h then went off again. Overall not a pleasant experience unfortunately.

The hotel (Lady Hamilton) sister hotel to the Old Victory hotel is near Gunwharf Quays, local shops, and a Chinese restaurant Tintin with good food.

Had to walk through the pub to get to my room and the duvet was dirty, and the pillows too hard. Duvets should be taken out of the covers and washed in their entirety.
