La posizione della struttura é davvero strabiliante, il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti.

La pulizia della struttura era molto carente. Le lenzuola erano sporche, l'interno della struttura del letto era sporca, mobili e armadi unti, mobile del bagno macchiato e doccia con silicone annerito dall'usura. Ho richiesto poi una culla per mia figlia (settata da filtro ricerca) e la culla fornitami era rotta da un lato, con materasso fatto da un materiale rigido (sembravano tavolette di legno, ho dovuto usare le asciugamani del servizio per rendere il fondale più morbido) e fornita di biancheria non adatta ad una culla (cuscino per adulti e lenzuolo per letto singolo), diventando potenzialmente pericolosa. Ok che mi é stata allestita gratuitamente, ma avendo preventivato di pagare e fatto richiesta.dell'extra, preferivo una struttura quantomeno sicura, data l'età segnalata inferiore all'anno. Tra l'altro, non c'era la possibilità di mettere la culla nella camera da letto, poiché quest'ultima ospitava a fatica letto e armadio, lasciando circa mezzo metro per lato per camminare. Anche l'accoglienza è stata estremamente sbrigativa e le informazioni fornite dallo staff sono state superficiali (non sapevamo dove buttare la spazzatura a fine soggiorno). Ulteriore aspetto negativo, l'assenza di possibilità di fare il check in in autonomia (rischiavamo di tardare per il traffico), l'assenza di finestre diverse da lucernai che rendeva l'ambiente scuro e soffocante e una strana rumorosità in camera da letto chiusura delle tende dei lucernai. Per il prezzo, non ne vale assolutamente la pena.

Nice beds, a lot of restaurants nearby, 20 minutes from the center of Bologna. Parking (a bit costly )

No windows, only on the ceiling. Some guests could suffer from this.

The Host and property is good and during my stay I have enjoyed. Everything was ok.

The appartament is pretty close go the center of the city and has alot of restaurants and shops around. It was clean, we had some coffe for the next day but there was no water. The apartment that we reseived was not the one in the pictures but still looked ok. It was a last minute booking so the price was a little to hight for what it offers. The personal was really welcoming and helpfull.

The person who checked me in (Sergio) was amazing -- so helpful and did everything he could to help me and make my stay pleasant; he even sorted out the weak Wifi as I had a work emergency when I arrived. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The shower was nice and the bathroom modern and good. The location was good as it was only a 20 minute or so walk to the center of town. There was a supermarket nearby and a nice coffee shop two minutes away. It was clean and tidy, though some of the paint work looked a little tired.

The apartment I was in (Number 2) had no windows. It was hard to know this from the images on the website, as it seems that the images of all the apartments are shown together, and two must have windows, and two not. There was natural light as there were skylights, and an easy way to open them, but very little fresh air reached the apartment. It felt a bit claustrophobic, as the front door only opened onto a long dark corridor. So I was in Italy, but with no way to see out of the apartment. This was very disturbing for me -- it might not bother other people. There was no mention of this at all on the website. The people in the front apartment smoked a lot, and the smell of smoke entered the flat. I feel that the apartment was nice enough in itself, but was very overpriced for what it was.

Super friendly host, super easy to reach from the airport, just 30min with public transport. Good value for money. But don't expect a fancy penthouse. It has air conditioning which is much needed in summer.

1) The pictures looked very good, in reality it was already more worn out 2) there were no windows which wasn't a massive problem but a bit of a downer. Just ceiling windows. So it was bright. But unexpected. 3) It also needs a bit of a deep clean, it wasn't exactly dirty but it wasn't hotel standard clean either. Bathrooms were clean. 4) there was a very intense smell of room freshener which we had to put outside the door because it was just too strong. Once we did, the smell of the appartment came through. It wasn't terrible but it just emphasize that the place needs a deep clean 5) the bed / mattress was basically hanging through and you kind of sleep in the buldge rather than on a horizontal surface
