Residence Sant'Orsola

the apartment was without without windows. only a couple of small roof windows were present.

Host was responsive and accommodating for luggage storage and when wifi was not working well

Washrooms had buildup in grout, mold in the detergent dispenser in the laundry machine. The couches could also use a clean as we got itchy every time after we sat on them. Rooms had musty smell, poor air circulation. The soundproofing was not great, we could hear another room having a party until around 4:00 in the morning with loud conversations and noises, yelling, glasses breaking and doors slamming.

The location is good and it has a kitchen.

I knew going in that it did not have windows, but still it is a little weird. Also there is just a single exit so a fire situation would be pretty scary. The host had a conflict and kept me waiting 15 minutes to get the keys.

Very convenient access to the Sant’Orsola Hospital. Moderne furniture and automatic controls for windows and curtains

There are no windows on the walls, but only roof windows. Was smelling a bit like if it was closed for some time. Some furniture was damaged. Walls not clean and with some humidity. Definitively not what I expect for 200 euro a night. I would not come back unless you really need something very close to Sant’Orsola hospital.

the host was very frendly , very clean aparatament and the check in was easy .

the 10:00 check out ( but this is subjective , i am not a morning person ) , small water glasses and the very hard pillows .

Had the facilities we needed

Apartment is small with no windows (only skylights). No character and feeling tired and in need of a refresh. Broken things (tv cabinet and shower head) had not been fixed. Worst of all the ROOF LEAKED overnight resulting in wet clothes and us needing to capture the leak in a bucket. When we highlighted this to the host we didn't hear back.
