Our stay at the Capital Hilton was wonderful, and I especially want to thank Theresa Thomas in Guest Services for the exceptional care she showed my family. We arrived extremely early for check-in, and although a room was not available at that time, she kindly explained our options and helped us store our luggage so we could explore the city comfortably. When we returned — still earlier than standard check-in time — Theresa recognized us immediately and warmly waved us over. She was able to find us a room that was different from what we originally reserved, but it ended up being even better. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. Thank you for going above and beyond!

My first review from QR code via phone disappeared before I was finished...I hope I can recreate all the wonderful content. At The Grind...Mohamed, Flora, Andrew, and Yota were fabulous...very friendly and attentive - especially to special requests. Mohamed Dumbuya at Valet was not only helpful with bags...but oh so helpful with suggestions for places to go for breakfast and lunch. Another wonderful doorman at front was a delightful picture taker!! Laney at the Bar was GREAT!...and the lovely ladies at the front desk and bell man were not only friendly...but on top of making sure we had plenty of water bottles to drink...a high priority for us. Although we were there for a "very" short stay and never used the room cleaning services during that time...they were always SO pleasant when we would encounter them in the hall😁Thanks to ALL!!!!
