Great, helpful, professional interactions with Bell Captain Fede Sarabia, Guest Services Agent Theresa Thomas, and two valet services gentlemen who provided helpful information. "Exceptional"

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. A few blocks from the White House. The staff were all so friendly and pleasant. It was clean, the buffet breakfast was great, the gift shop has a lot of items, and the restaurant went above and beyond to help get us some crackers when we had a kid with an upset stomach. Wonderful stay!

Great location, comfortable bed and clean. We had booked a room for 3 with 2 kings beds that was given away and ended up with a sofa bed, but the staff acknowledged the issue and gave us some discount which we really appreciate. Restaurant was also very good.
