Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking.

The hotel was very nice, and it was 10 minutes or less from everything we needed. The hotel restaurant had excellent service, evening and morning staff. We were very happy we chose this hotel, and would stay again

Wow! What an Amazing Stay!! Came to the area for our daughter to attend the LSU Gymnastics Camp. We stayed 7 nights and honestly have no complaints at all!! Yes they charge for parking but if you check pricing all around the area most hotels do but its wayyyyy more expensive so I'm definitely not complaining!!! From check in to check out everything was smooth! We were on the 17th floor and had floor to ceiling windows! We faced the city and loved the view!! Beds we're super comfy and sheets we're fresh and clean! We slept great each night!! Each day while we we're out the maid service cleaned our room and did an awesome job! The water pressure was great and we never had a problem with hot water! We did visit the pool area I think 4 of our days here and it was always clean and they kept plenty of pool towels for our use. We never had a problem with parking. The parking area is actually very big at this hotel. We did speak with some of the staff and each time everyone was Super nice especially giving us suggestions on places to eat. We went to most of the one's that they wrote down for us. We did not eat at the restaurant at this hotel during our stay unfortunately so I can't comment on it. So all in all I most definitely give this hotel praise in all areas during our stay!!! If we come back to Baton Rouge this will for sure be our go to hotel!!!

"Will not stay there again."

The noise from the highway was awful, the parking set up is dangerous - you need to scan the QR code and pay in the parking lot so you have your license plate info and the people staying were loud every night.

The hotel itself is decorated nicely and has a nice presentation but the pillows aren’t great, the towels are crusty, the parking is ridiculous considering it’s advertised as free. Honestly it’s not worth the price for all the added expenses. Marriott’s are nickel and dime people for everything.
