Struttura molto curata in ogni aspetto, in posizione tranquilla, comoda alla fermata dei mezzi pubblici sia per il centro città che per la spiaggia del Poetto. Proprietario e gestore molto gentili ed accoglienti. Consigliatissimo!

Officially there was no breakfast provided. In fact it was. In the common room, a choice of cereal was available for self-service, and a jar of cookies/biscuits. There were coffee and tea making facilities and a large fridge for use by guests. It also contained complimentary butter, spread, and cheese sachets.
