Easy to find shops local walking distance a minute drive good location for Bournemouth New Forest New Milton Christchurch annex was nice and clean tidy bathroom clean tidy nice hot water kitchen used lovely secret draw took some time to find it ,but read all the instructions and you will find it really comfortable to sleep on the only issue we had bit low to the floor ,another four inches higher, nice for the elderly people will stay here again communication with owner was very good ,nice and quiet away from the road all round very comfortable

So quiet had the Best Sleep ever!

It was self contained..no one to over look you..private parking..it had everything we needed,the beds were super comfy,great shower and bathroom,nice quality bath&hand towels,..,good kitchen area plenty of cups ,glasses plates and cutlery,even tea towels, dishcloth and fairy washing up liquid, nice sofa and lounge area,outside table and chairs.

Nothing not to like.. neighbours in holiday let house Infront of annex were noisy and they parked 3cars in the driveway..I had to ask them to park outside the front of their house as we needed access

We stayed here for 9 nights while working in the area. Really nice place, comfortable and spotless. had everything we needed. Parked are van out side the property. Would definitely stay again.

Such a cute place, with everything you need. It's really quiet and comfortable. And lovely to have the little area outside to be able to enjoy some fresh air. Very comfortable beds. In a really good location too, lots of choices for food and takeaways. Also a lovely little high street with shops. It felt cosy and clean.

The only thing that had me a bit stressed was the entrance/exit to the annex. It looks gorgeous but it's quite easy to get it wrong. Maybe a sticker on the door to remind about the handle or a different handle would be better for future.

Great design touches

A few little niggles, being in our 70’s having to climb up to unlock the door to get in,was not good, a health and safety issue I think. Also lock on bathroom door did not work and the extractor fan didn’t work either, also a hair dryer would have been useful. Apart from that a nice place

The property was very clean and well equipped. Extra touches such as bath mats were very welcome. Wifi was very good.

We didn’t like the dining table it was not big enough for 4 people, 4 dinner plates were a very tight squeeze. There was also a lot of rubbish in the space next door which spoiled the overall look of the outside
