Spacious ground apartment fully furnished.

Very good standard and very comfortable

The drive was very narrow and if anybody stays in the main house there is not enough parking. No baking trays or anything to cook in the oven with.

Lovely apartment, cosy and compact but has all you need. Great location to explore Bournemouth and the surrounding area. Quiet considering it’s on the main road but set far enough back you don’t hear traffic.

Very comfortable & quiet with access to EV charger.

Bedrooms Too many rules Worried all the time about clearing up. Keeping it spotless

The furniture has a lot of knocks on corners. The coat stand nearly fell on my head as top is broken. Burn marks by cooker very large. The worst thing was the sofa it was peeling like snow on the floor we thought it came from outside. 2 stretch covers not completely covering. Looked at base and it was horrendous the whole of it had peeled with the seats the worst. We had to carefully brush up. A total health hazard as so much. To breath that in was frightening. There was so much in the air. We have taken photos which we wish to send to you. This is not right at all as children could be putting there hands on this sofa. As I say you must inspect these photos. To ask people to give £300 deposit is not right. Pamela Terry. Building material stored left of sliding doors.

The annex was set back from the road, and therefore quiet.

The parking is a little awkward, as you have to either back in or out through a narrow space. The front, and only door is a heavy articulated glass door for some reason, unsuitable for kids or elderly. Kitchen amenities were incomplete, and many details felt cheap. The owner was somewhat attentive and responsive.
