Extremely friendly and helpful people.

Very inconsistent at the breakfast buffet. Did not replenish items quickly. Didn't compensate when they knew it would be extremely busy during TET. Language difficulty with English more than I expected.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Resort. Die beste Option wenn man nicht in einer Bettenburg nächtigen will. Großzügig, die Anlage sowie die Zimmer und alles top gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum. In beiden Restaurants stimmt das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Das Personal kümmert sich hervorragend, ob bei der Roller Miete und sogar kostenfreie Begleitung zur Apotheke als Dolmetscher. Phong war wirklich eine große Hilfe. Immer meine erste Wahl für diese Region.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Resort! Das Team ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, und das Zimmer war groß, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das kleine süße Dessert jeden Abend war ein echtes Highlight – so eine liebevolle Geste. Das Hauptrestaurant ist hervorragend, mit einem sehr hochwertigen Frühstück und toller Küche. Auch die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden.

Der einzige Minuspunkt sind die eher kleinen Pools und der fehlende Sonnenschutz. Außerdem ist der schönere der beiden Pools auch für externe Besucher zugänglich, wodurch es manchmal etwas voller wird.
