Stelia Beach Resort

My Husband and I stayed here with some friends of ours to visit some friends for 5 nights! We loved our stay, the service was phenomenal and the food was great! Especially the breakfast at the aroma restaurant, the staff towards the end of our trip began to anticipate our coffee order and have it ready for when we would arrive for our breakfast! The spa was a great experience as well! Our rooms were very clean and all of us felt very safe here. I highly recommend for families and couples to stay here!

The customer service was the best part of our stay. We arrived at 11:00 AM from an early flight, and they were incredibly accommodating. They let us use the playroom while we waited and managed to get our room ready for an early check-in at 12:30 PM, which was a lifesaver for our two napping toddlers. The resort itself is beautiful. The design of the lobby, gardens, and rooms looks like Santorini and feels very peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the air conditioning was powerful and cold—a huge plus during the hot summer. The room was well-equipped with thoughtful extras like a TV that can play YouTube/Netflix (For the kids), slippers, daily chocolates, an umbrella, and even a beach bag for us to use.

Beautiful hotel! Stunning beaches close by, Nghinh Phong Tower, spacious clean/modern rooms, delicious food, and most of all exceptional service - everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Phong in particular was so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived! Honestly, we'd choose over others in the area that are larger or more known. The more customized/personalized experience is worth it! Oh and try the salted coffee! Amazingly good - had it every day!

Great location, great hotel staff, good bed, and overall very nice rooms. Very high quality food.

Restaurant staff was not very attentive, but they where polite when we got them to actually come to our table.
