The hotel and rooms were beautiful. The rooftop bar was nice. The staff was for the most part accommodating and helpful. The location is close to popular places and tuk tuks are available 24 hours.

Very friendly staff. Rooms well maintained and quite comfortable. Street the hotel on is not the best, but those conditions outside the hotel’s control.

The staff and service especially catering were excellent. Hotel tuk-tuks were always available. Restaurant food was very good but a very limited menu. Sky deck was unavailable due to renovations
