"No help for our limited mobility senior."

We were traveling with our 85 year mother who has had multiple surgeries and has limited mobility. We made sure to book a ADA compliant room with a walk-in shower, confirmed by the front desk. The answer is: "We are very sorry we don't have your room" .... with no solution and no excuse .... they over sold the hotel and rooms which is bad enough, but for a person with special needs. Unacceptable and unprofessional. So much for my Hilton Honors membership, better described as "Hilton Dishonorable Membership."

"Shower stool and pathetic buffet"

The room service meal was the ONLY highlight

We asked for an extra chair, and they brought us a shower stool, what a freaking joke at the price we paid for the room The breakfast buffet was not at all worth its price
