"Double billed and management is non existent"

I was double billed. I have spent 6 weeks trying to get a resolution and all I get is the front desk covering for the poor management of the property. As a 10+ year diamond member, I gave the hotel ample time to address the issue but I finally had to open a dispute with Amex.

Extremly clean hotel and very friendly staff! It was also the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at! Great location for eating out and shopping. Nice pool... Will definitely come back!

This is an older hotel and it shows. At least the room we stayed in was. The sink nor tub did not drain well. There was hair still all in the bathroom when we walked in. Just seemed like it’s needs a good deep clean. Went to pool it was good. No shade though so bring your own umbrella. Perfect location though.
