Four Points by Sheraton Little Rock Midtown

Nothing, there were so many things wrong with this stay.

The fact I found an old fruit gummy(behind a curtain on the ground), a medication pill(in one of the bathrooms) and a screw on the floor(in one of the bathrooms), we came with a two year old. The breakfast was not included and it was never told us that it was not included. We had to pay an additional 26$ for the breakfast, it was disgusting. The stairs in the room had brown crust all over them looked maybe like gross mud. The jacuzzi tub siding was coming off. The flooring was atrocious and smelled bad with burn marks.

This place was awful, room was disgusting. Staircase had brown crusty substance on it. Had an old fruit gummy, a medication pill and a screw on the floor and in one of the bathrooms. Carpet was atrocious and smelly. Not once was I told breakfast was not included. Front desk could not check if it was included so had to walk all the way back to our room to get phone with emailed receipt from booking.com, the receipt I was sent did not show itemized receipt. Had to pay an additional 26$ for the breakfast, it was disgusting, gravy had almost a detergent like taste, couldn’t eat it. If you are on the far side be prepared to walk to the front desk. Overall don’t stay here, go somewhere else.

I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff the purpose of my visit was a medical procedure I had for the next day and it was right after the snow so there was snow everywhere and the location was convenient and easy for me to make my surgical appointment on time the following morning. Although my stay was brief it was very enjoyable.

I wish I could have stayed longer

This hotel treated me like crap. I prepaid my reservation because I was in town for a special event and was told it would speed up the checkin process. They took my incidental deposit and THEN told me that there was an error on my reservation and they wouldn't honor it. I spend 3.5 hours going back and forth with them and the booking company, each blaming the other but no one trying to fix the situation. I wound up leaving and finding a different hotel. I will NEVER stay here or recommend them again!!
