Zero stars for hospitality. They cant help with anything and they won't. Everyone has an excuse why they can’t help.

Don’t go! Save yourself some grief and agony! From disastrous check-in, to not being aware of Bonvoy‘s own processes, to televisions that don’t work, to room heaters that don’t work and having to repack all your things, and move to another room, an absolute disaster. One nice team leader named Sean did his best to overcome everyone else’s inhospitable behavior and extremely poor condition of the hotel. If I could give a negative number for a review, that is exactly what this hotel earned - a negative number. I don’t feel like they will be in business very long.

The next morning talked to young tall guy AND HE WAS SO NICE. Gave us two free breakfast passes.

The sheets were not clean, requested house keeping and they never showed up. Went to front desk and lady allowed us to change rooms. Customer service after the young tall guy at service desk was not the best.
