Grand Laurel Hotel

This was probably a beautiful fancy hotel at one time but it is slightly run down now. That being said…. I loved the staff, the cleanliness, and the comfortable rooms. The price was also good.

Overall, this is a very nice hotel. Only drawbacks were having to step around a small amount of broken glass and some vomit in the parking lot and the bath towels in the bathroom could’ve been softer.

Quiet and very functional

The main areas are out dated and the elevators scare the bejesus out of me the are old out dated and the sounds they make leave me wondering if we are getting stuck

Beds and sheets were dirty even after changing the room

Amazing customer service

The gym was fairly large.

Jsut felt old and rundown. I fell by the elevators bc the house keeper was mopping the marble floor and used way too much water with no wet floor sign. The temperature of my room couldn’t be controlled. Overall it was just kind of okay. I wish I’d stayed at the Westin.

Pool filled with bugs and water park next door was closed after front desk said go check it out kids will have fun
